- The templates look great and the multi currency support helps with my international clients
- Sadly the system has so many bugs, issues and problems, the cross platform system does NOT work correctly and even the online version has bugs / issues also so you cannot even correctly modify an invoice template / layout and have it save correctly to be used as your default for sending out future invoices. Until they get these critical bugs sorted out their system is un-usable sadly.
- Overall I like Zoho invoice because both my partner and I can use it on the mobile app so we can take orders and send the invoice to the customer in real time.
- What I don’t like so much about Zoho is that it can be very difficult to have a perfect accounting of invoices and revenues. As we divide revenues in three categories, but have almost 60 items.
