Wish we'd of used this sooner.

Great tool, quick and easy to use. It has made our processes much tidier for capturing the receipt information so easy, that there is no excuse for them to go missing.

Intuitive payment management

I'm using Moss for a couple of years and overall the experience is great. It's perfect for a fast-growing organization like ours.

Pros:

Moss is very intuitive and easy to use, you always find what you need. The tool is highly flexible so it's perfect to manage payments in a large organization.

Cons:

There isn't much to complain about. But one thing I'm missing is a feature to automatically collect invoices. It would be great to have a Moss email address which I can add as "financial contact" so that invoices are sent directly to Moss and automatically added to the corresponding expense.

Reasons for switching to Moss

I wasn't part of the team who decided to switch but my understanding is that it's due to cost and the flexibility of the tool.

Great user-friendly platform

Very good, very easy-to-use and convenient using the app. I particularly like being able to upload receipts and make reimbursement requests 'on the go 'using the app.

Pros:

Super user-friendly and easy to use. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but Moss is a really convenient and easy to use system, and having the app means it's also incredibly user-friendly and easy to use 'on the go'. Tech support is also very responsive.

Cons:

It would be helpful if the support team were responsive immediately, as when i've logged an issue before, whilst called back, it didn't happen immediately. However, that could just be user-error on my part and i was called back.

Expense accounting at its finest!

We have implemented MOSS one year ago at DINO and it has been a great sucess since then. The onboarding process was extremely quick and the staff always helptful. We definitely dont regret it and will prolong pur contract for sure!

Time saver!

Its been super user friendly. I don't lose receipts any more, it saves my time. It would be great if it works off line as well and syncs automatically when there is network.

Pros:

Uploading receipts has never been easier. I've had a travelling job for a long time and using Moss has made it a breeze to deal with receipts. No more saving physical receipts, I can just bin them once I've uploaded the them, leave my comments and I got no more back log. Saves loads of time on admin days.

Cons:

This is a suggestion for an improvement: could the app be improved so that you can upload pictures of receipts even when there is no phone signal? It could save it on the device temporarily and sync automatically when there is Wi-Fi or standard phone network. That would make it even friendlier!

The Easiest Way to Complete Expenses

I have nothing but praise for Moss. Everything is so simple, from the interface to the immediacy of transactions appearing on your statement. Attaching receipts is child's play making completing expenses really easy to do.

Pros:

The app is wonderfully straight-forward. Everything is itemised and transactions appear immediately. Attaching an image of a receipt takes seconds and so as a consequence, doing expenses has gone from being a chore to a very painless task.

Cons:

I don't have anything negative to say - using Moss has been the easiest format for completing expenses I've ever had in my 20 year career of doing them.

Great expense management platform

Very easy platform to use and integrate with your accounting system. Cost-effective and would definitely recommend to anyone looking at an expense management platform.

Pros:

Quick and easy virtual Card creation for EE’s which can be added to your phone wallet. Seamless integration with Xero.

Cons:

The platform feels a little bit dated compared to others out there. Functionality is still there though.

Excellent tool, highly recommended.

Moss is a strong spend management solution that feels more intuitive and streamlined than some alternatives. For small teams looking to automate expenses without the complexity of bigger systems, it’s a very solid choice. We tried a few tools and that's the one we ultimately went for!

The process improvement managing and requesting company cards is extremely effeciant and smooth with minimal overhead. This has helped us move fast with accurate and easy bookkeeping. Fantastic product!

Cons:

My few needs are serviced very well. Further recipt integrations like maybe a browser extension in addition to the very good email support right now.
