- What I like most about MV ERP are the JE Interfaces, the RADs, the Allocation Reports, and Customer Support.
- One more issue I find with multiview is how old information (For example, past year's disposal) disappears from the report once you flip the year to a different year. If reports are not saved, well good luck with that because you will not see the data again.
- We are using their system for Customer Relationship Management and Accounting. As I mentioned above, it has improved our data accuracy, we have more reliable data, and improved our reporting to the donors and our Council (board)
- Navigating the system can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and customization sometimes requires technical expertise that not every company has in-house.
