Paystand vs Square Payments: Which is best for you?

We selected Paystand for our customer payments and started using services in 2016 because it allowed our customers to pay via a self-service website and quickly pay online with their invoice information.

I've tried to work with them for 3-4 months and their support is incredibly slow to respond and will not provide the report information I have requested to verify we have received all of the processed funds.

Overall, Square Payments is a very good payment-processing solution for small-to-mid sized businesses, startups, side hustles, or anyone who values ease of setup and flexibility over deep customization or maximum cost efficiency.

The flat percentage-per-transaction model can be more expensive than custom merchant-account rates if you do a lot of sales, or have large-ticket items — so for high-volume businesses, fees may become significant.
