We've been using Procurify for nearly 5 years now, can it has completely transformed the way our organization manages purchasing and spend control. What was once a tedious and error-prone process has now become smooth, transparent, and incredibly efficient. Procurify's intuitive design is one of its standout features. The platform is incredibly easy to navigate and training new staff is quick and straightforward.
Cons:
I have yet to find a con that hasn't previously been addressed in one way or another. Procurify is committed to customer solutions at all levels.

We went from a 24 person office to 52 employees spread across multiple communities in the Atlantic provinces. This assists in purchasing for each location while ensuring we are following our policies and procedures.
Cons:
There are certain things with HST and expense claims that I feel could be improved. The payables function works quite well.

Its a great Invoice management, very easy to search for any invoice on file or PO's that have been requested.
Cons:
Theres not much i can say what least i liked about procuracy, Only wished PO would process faster or have Pre-made ones made to give out to Vendors when needed them ASAP.

The customer service and help desk after hours was very helpful when I would work late at night. They got back to me right away and was able to help me solve my issues.
Cons:
I do not like that tax and shipping cannot be subtracted from the budget. We use this for our charter school and I would like parents to be charged for tax and shipping on their requested products.
