About Procurify

Procurify is a procurement and spend management software designed to automate the intake-to-pay process for organizations. It combines procurement, accounts payable, expense management, and payment workflows into a single platform supported by artificial intelligence. Pros:

We've been using Procurify for nearly 5 years now, can it has completely transformed the way our organization manages purchasing and spend control. What was once a tedious and error-prone process has now become smooth, transparent, and incredibly efficient. Procurify's intuitive design is one of its standout features. The platform is incredibly easy to navigate and training new staff is quick and straightforward.

Cons:

I have yet to find a con that hasn't previously been addressed in one way or another. Procurify is committed to customer solutions at all levels.

Procurify Makes Life Easier!

The support and customer service staff at Procurify are all fantastic. If I contact support with an issue, they are quick to respond. I am also impressed that some of my suggestions have been implemented.

We went from a 24 person office to 52 employees spread across multiple communities in the Atlantic provinces. This assists in purchasing for each location while ensuring we are following our policies and procedures.

Cons:

There are certain things with HST and expense claims that I feel could be improved. The payables function works quite well.

Pros:

Procurify is a user-friendly, cloud-based system which allows a company unfamiliar with the procurement process to order inventory with ease.

Cons:

Set up for standard business models, Procurify is a little more difficult to work with on a different business platform.

Procurify is great on its own, but not once it has to work with another software

It was just ok. Not bad, not great. The approval process worked, which was good for control purposes, but was a nightmare from an IT perspective as we were never really sure if it was working properly.

The team was very kind, helped out when they could. The platform was nice to look at.

Cons:

The lack of flexibility in the software to meet our needs. There were many issues with the POs synching over to NetSuite, our financial reporting system, and we ended up just having to manually create the POs ourselves.

I USE PROCURIFY DAILY AND RELY HEAVILY ON THE SEARCH FUNCTION. BEING ABLE TO COPY AND PASTE ACROSS MULTIPLE PROGRAMS IS A TIME SAVING FUNCTION.

Procurify for the win!

I've been using Procurify going on 3 years already, Its easy to learn and use the platform, creating purchase orders, tracking PO approvals and vendor invoices, defiantly recommend Procurify to others!

Its a great Invoice management, very easy to search for any invoice on file or PO's that have been requested.

Cons:

Theres not much i can say what least i liked about procuracy, Only wished PO would process faster or have Pre-made ones made to give out to Vendors when needed them ASAP.

The customer service and help desk after hours was very helpful when I would work late at night. They got back to me right away and was able to help me solve my issues.

Cons:

I do not like that tax and shipping cannot be subtracted from the budget. We use this for our charter school and I would like parents to be charged for tax and shipping on their requested products.

Procurify Review

Using procurify makes things simple along with the ease of use with the mobile application. I mostly use it for approving purchase orders and being able to use the mobile app to do so on the go make it very user friendly.
