RealPage vs Rent Manager: Which is best for you?

What I liked most about RealPage was security, customer support, performance and speed, tenant management, and small business use.

I don't like to leave it as that because it seems like a cop-out, but I truly cannot think of a feature that is in RealPage that I even remotely like or prefer based on my experience with other softwares.

The continuous access to Expresshelp and other learning materials, like Rent Manager University, provides help to users in my organization to resolve issues promptly.

Integration with third-party tools isn’t always seamless, and some features feel outdated. While support is helpful, response times can vary.
