Easy to use platform with great customer support

It has been very positive. The platform helped us organize our quotation, contracting, and invoicing process in a more professional and efficient way, and it quickly became part of our daily workflow. What really stands out is the support team. They are proactive, check in with clients, and genuinely try to help, which is something we rarely see with other platforms. Even when a request cannot be implemented, the communication is clear and supportive. Refrens feels like a platform that cares about its users, not just the product. Combined with its ease of use and practical features, it has been a reliable tool for our business.

Refrens is easy to use and well designed, focusing on user experience. Adding clients, creating quotes and invoices, registering services, and applying individual or overall discounts are all simple tasks. The fields are flexible and easy to customize. This means we can adjust the system to meet our business needs with no defeculties. Everything is well connected, making the workflow smooth and efficient. The professional templates save our time and effort. They reduced our needs for staff, helping us make our invoicing and quotation process more organized and professional.
Cons:
Some default text appears in the quotations and can not be removed or customized. For example, there are statements indicating that the document is digital and does not require a signature. We contacted the support team, who were very helpful, but this specific text could not be removed.

Custmoise the invoice as we need, as We want to highlight the Discount amount at what rate customer are getting product, where other tools was giving Discount Percentage on MRP so was not clear current price what they are getting
Cons:
Cost should decrease as compare to other tools which is available in the market Vypaar, and Zoho billing.
