Best accounting app you can use.

Using Refrens has been a huge relief for me as a business owner. Not having formal accounting experience, the system has been very easy to use with its simple and straightforward interface for quickly creating invoices, receipts, quotations and more of that nature. True value. I would recommend

- Very easy to use and learn. - Afforable compared to alternatives, and you get all the features you need. - Easy customization and conversion of quotations to invoices then receipts.

Cons:

- If you're using the free plan, you will get less capacity to customize your documents according to your brand. But the paid version solve this.

Efficient GST Invoicing

We use Refrens for GST invoicing and its minimalistic appearance is really subtle. Their chat help is really handy. Also the Refrens associates are very efficient in resolving my issues related to my request for a customised plan tailored for my workflow.

Refrens can provide customized plan tailored just for your workflow. GST invoicing is very easy. Provides various payments interface.

Cons:

Cost of operation tends to be a little on the higher side if you are not on a customised plan. Minor bugs I had overcome while using Refrens, but they were addressed later.

Don't fall in trap, They don't pay the funds.

They are not paying my payout of Rs 45,820. The dashboard is clearly showing Rs. 45,820 as pending settlement. I have sent multiple emails to care@refrens.com and info@refrens.com but no response received. I tried writing on support chat from the dashboard as well but the message fails to send everytime. I think they have blocked my email. They only released 1 settlment of Rs 9k around and not releasing the higher amount. Scammers!!!

Nothing. They are liars and scammers as they don't pay freelancers money.

Cons:

Most of the times international payments get failed. And for the successfull transactions they don't release the funds. The customer support is worst I have used in my experience.

Awesome Customise tool for Invoicing

Great, Easy and quick on boarding. Complete process not even take 20-25 mins and my E-Invoice bill got generate within 20 mins

Pros:

Custmoise the invoice as we need, as We want to highlight the Discount amount at what rate customer are getting product, where other tools was giving Discount Percentage on MRP so was not clear current price what they are getting

Cons:

Cost should decrease as compare to other tools which is available in the market Vypaar, and Zoho billing.

Customise Tab for Discount was not available they were giving only % where i want to share the current price

Pros:

The automation and eco-system it provides for billing my clinets, following up on payments and registering leads. I have not yet used it to its full potential but satisfied with what I'm using now.

Cons:

I believe theres room to educate users on the different services like finance and accounting options that refrens offers so that the user knowledge base is not limited.

The vast amount of features and options in their premium product offerings. You are able to have a full-fledged accounting system by just utilising their app.

Cons:
