Buongiorno Deborah, l'App offline per smartphone consente la timbratura NFC e GPS. E' prevista una web app per il portale dipendenti. La gestione lato amministrativo ci sembra molto più comoda se utilizzata da un pc a da tablet, visto lo schermo più grande e la maggiore quantità di informazioni. Se però ritieni che ci siano delle funzionalità che farebbero comodo anche da smartphone, scrivici pure una email, così ne parliamo! Grazie, a presto!

Complessivamente molto positiva, soprattutto rapportata al precedente sistema in uso.

Rispetto alla precedente gestione (effettuata con sistema automatico delle sole timbrature di ingresso ed uscita e gestione permessi, autorizzazioni straordinario ecc. esclusivamente cartacea) si riscontra un evidente progresso in semplificazione e riduzione dei tempi.

Cons:

La gestione degli straordinari richiede un doppio passaggio che, per chi usa raramente questa funzione, non sempre è di facile gestione.

sistema ottimale

La funzionalità del dispositivo è ottimale per quello che è di interesse della nostra azienda. ovvero il controllo effettivo delle ore trascorse in cantiere del nostro personale dipendente. Il Sistema OTTO si sposa alla perfezione con quelle che sono le nostre esigenze, facile da utilizzare e comodo da installare.

Cons:

Ritengo che il SISTEMA OTTO sia efficiente, non abbiamo riscontrato inconvenienti dal dispositivo.
