Customer Service is No Longer a Priority

The program itself is fantastic. We went through an accounting system conversion last year and they were nowhere near helpful. If you don't use QuickBooks, Stampli isn't as great.

Their customer service level has definitely declined over the last year.

An industry innovator

Having recently integrated Stampli into our finance operations, I can confidently say it was a seamless and efficient experience. The platform is incredibly intuitive and fast to deploy. From the get-go, the helpful AI, Billy the Bot, began automating coding for our AP Department. It's easy to use at all levels and adapts well to our varied needs.

Pros:

The mobile app and the seamless payment processing, alongside its credit card functions. It has provided real-time information, a centralized source of truth and documentation, and allowed us to expand our operations smoothly.

Cons:

Some limitations on filtering coding screen. Some issues with expedited check payments. Still in progress of some high lever enhancements.

Overall, very user friendly and easy to use and track expenses. great interface and easy to navigate and keep a track of all activities from past and present.

Easy to use and very simple. The interface is really nice and easy to navigate. Login and setting up is very easy too.

Cons:

Sometimes it gets slow and can only run on certain devices like laptops and Ipads. Had issues logging in on a phone.

assistance, i understand that there are service plans, but it take so long to get answers, in addition, we were told 1 thing at signing up, and when the time came we were told that stampli cant handle the request....

I have used several Invoice/Receipt processing methods and services both as a purchasher and an approver -- and Stampli has stood out as the best I've used. It's painless to get users cards and into purchasing. It's painless to upload receipts - especially with the email reminders with direct links to the Transaction -- this was a painpoint in virtually all other methods we'd used.

Pros:

The Stampli interface is no-nonsense, quick, and efficient. The automated email reminders that I need to take action on certain Invoices, along with the link to the Invoice in question, is so helpful. The automated matching of Receipts to Invoice has been spot on.

Cons:

Rather than me having to choose to "Match Receipt to Invoice" (which DOES work), I wish the Stampli could automatically assign Receipts to Invoices based on it's algorithim and then provide me "approval"/review along with a confidence rating of it's suggestion/assignment.

Constant complaints about the user experience. Support is mediocre. Poor mobile experience.

Satisfied with Stampli

I am overall very satisfied with Stampli. They are continuously improving the AI and other capabilities in the system, and customer support is super responsive if you do run into issues or have questions.

Pros:

Stampli is very intuitive to use and was simple to get connected to our Sage environment. It is quite easy to train new employees and users on the system.

Cons:

You cannot limit the GL accounts in Stampli, so users have access to accounts they should not use, which can increase the review time. However, the AI helps greatly in suggesting the correct coding.

We wanted a web based system that integrated seamlessly with Sage.

Pros:

Stampli has been a great addition to our AP process. It has significantly reduced my team's workload. So far, the best features we have used are: AI smart invoice reading and automatically filling in the information, an interactive dashboard that provides workflow insights, the ability to select multiple approvers, the option to add customized fields quickly, and seamless syncing with Netsuite.

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about Stampli. Even the support team is excellent and responsive.
