Voor Twikey moesten we zeer veel manueel verwerken rond de SEPA-mandaten. Wij hadden nog mappen vol papieren mandaten. Deze zijn nu allemaal geïntegreerd in Twikey. Alles blijft mooi gearchiveerd en is makkelijk om te behandelen.

de mogelijkheden binnen het SEPA verhaal klonken als muziek in mijn oren omdat we voordien alles manueel deden en op een zeer ingewikkelde manier elke maand de inningen moesten doorsturen naar de bank en dan daarna ook de opvolging moesten doen, allemaal manueel.

We zijn gestart met de SDD flow, maar gradueel meer functionaliteiten van hun gaan gebruiken, zoals facturatie met online betaling. Support team is heel meedenkend en geeft correcte heldere feedback op vragen. Algemeen zeer tevreden van het pakket en dienstverlening. Samenwerken met een lokale speler is altijd een plus.

Getekende domiciliëringsmandaten worden automatisch bij de bank van de begunstigde gekoppeld. Terwijl we vroeger niet altijd zeker waren of de klant effectief het mandaat aan de bank bezorgd had.

Meest vreselijke en waardeloze bedrijf die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Na velen maanden van wanprestatie, afspraken niet nakomen, ontelbaar veel telefoontjes en e-mails alle diensten opgezegd en de samenwerking ontbonden. Tot de dag van vandaag krijgen we nog steeds facturen en herinneringen die volledig ongegrond zijn. Van enige vorm van communicatie is er niet te spreken. Twikey is onbereikbaar en reageert nooit op e-mails of telefoontjes. Bespaar jezelf een hoop problemen en kopzorgen en doe geen zaken met deze partij. Je krijgt er gegarandeerd spijt van.

During the onboarding phase of this customer, we really made lot of effort to get this customer onboarded. The expectations of this customer were indeed not met but this is purely related to late realisation of this customer that he needed something else and expected really another type of assistance including technical implementation & consultancy which we usually don't do. All our efforts of setup were already done at that moment including numerous follow-up calls from our teams and that's why we decided to invoice at least that effort. All other things were credited. This comment is really beyond proportion just because there is a disagreement on invoices. It has nothing to do with the quality of our product and the service offering.
