Pros:

When you upload a document, the application provides you with passcodes, which is one of the features that I appreciate. Because of this, you won't need to worry about the confidentiality of your work and records. The assistance and support you receive from the organization to make appropriate use of the application are of high quality and are thoroughly explained. They want to make things as easy as possible for you, so they invite you to contact them if you have any questions about setting up a meeting.

Cons:

It is challenging to make the payment for your membership. You are obligated to speak to a customer service representative, but the service rep you talk to can't be just any client service representative. You will be assigned your own agent to help you sign up for the service.

La centralizacion de la informacion , con la seguridad de un sistema cloud, dan como resultado una gran ventaja al momento de realizar una consulta en menos tiempo, que ir al archivero a buscar por año o por orden alfabetico, en estos dias el tiempo de respuesta es vital para cualquier servicio.

Es muy intuitivo , Optimiza la forma de trabajar sobre todo ahorra espacios en oficina es un buen software a medida, me permite iniciar sesion en todos mis dispositivos independientemente del sistema operativo, ya sea que me conecte desde la tablet , o algun ordenador distinto , las funciones se encuentran en el mismo lugar.

Se apega a los procesos con los que funcionamos dia a dia, Me gustaria que tuviera 2FA ,

Es facil descargar los datos que necesito, se lee bien, el formato aunque siento que es muy grande, es de lectura sencilla, lo que mas me gusta es que es un sistema en internet, entonces puedo acceder a el sin estar en un lugar físico

Cons:

Siento que hay muchas cosas que mejorar, comenzando desde la facturación hasta inventarios, como ya lo mencione antes, tienen muchos errores o los procesos son lentos

Encontré UXBI a través de CAPTERRA. ¡¡Gracias!! Llegar a Capterra y pedir recomendaciones fue muy bueno, 2 compañías respondieron con un primer contacto, sin embargo, SOLO UXBI nos dio seguimiento y se intereso de manera genuina en explicar como nos podían ayudar y acompañarnos en el proceso de decidir cuales eran nuestras mejores opciones para cubrir nuestras necesidades.Pero su excelente servicio no terminó, como suele pasar, cuándo consiguieron que firmar contrato con ellos, al contrario, nos acompañan y respaldan en cualquier eventualidad, duda o comentario, siempre ofreciendo soluciones eficientes y rápidas. ¡¡Gracias!!

Se me dificulta un poco levantar un ticket de servicio, sin embargo, el equipo de UXBI está siempre a un mensaje de distancia para apoyar nuestras operaciones en todo momento.

Me gusta mucho que es una plataforma muy sencilla, tiene los apartados muy claros para usarla, es fácil buscar facturas y clientes o folios. los documentos se descargan fácilmente.

Cons:

Que es lento en ocasiones, suele sacarme de la plataforma y debo iniciar mi proceso de facturación nuevamente, cuando hago cotizaciones o remisiones suele decirme que no se ha creado ningún documento y es necesario cerrar la plataforma y volver a entrar.

Es una herramienta de gestión muy fácil de utilizar e implementar, con pasos muy sencillos y sobre todo para llevar un buen control en todos los ámbitos administrativos.

Cons:

La facilidad con la que pierde la conexión, de manera particular tenemos 3 redes para uso particular del sistema y de unos meses a la fecha hemos estado teniendo dificultades con la conexión. El equipo UXBI nos dice que en ocasiones a sido parte de su proveedor. Sobre todo por qué estamos en un punto de atención al público y no podemos detener la operación.

Poder tener a la mano información importante de la empresa. El sistema ha ayudado a tener una integración más eficaz entre las áreas de la empresa y mayor comunicación entre ellas. Como un claro ejemplo lo es en inventario-pedidos-facturación.

Cons:

Que no te permita hacer una acción sin llenar todos los datos. Aunque esto es un arma de doble filo, ya que nos ayuda a que no se nos pase ninguna información o corroborar que los datos sean correctos.
