Pros:

I can't talk enough about how useful the templates are. To be able to create attractive HTML templates for everyday business functions saves me so much time and looks so professional. The template builder is modern and easy to use. With a click of a button, I can have a professional email tailored to the need, and it increases my response rates.

Cons:

The admin console can be confusing. I wish it were more modern and up-to-date.
