Best Scheduling App

Minimalist Design: The interface is very "quiet." There are no aggressive ads or complex dashboards, making it easy for both you and the person booking the meeting. Speed: It is incredibly lightweight. The pages load quickly, which reduces the friction for someone trying to grab a slot on your calendar. Privacy-First: Unlike some larger platforms, Cal.id emphasizes data privacy and doesn't track users as aggressively. Customization: You can create "Secret Events" that don't appear on your main booking page, which is great for specific high-priority clients.

Pros:

Cal.id is built for people who find mainstream scheduling tools too cluttered or corporate. It allows you to sync your calendar, set your availability, and share a link so others can book time with you without the back-and-forth emails.

Cons:

I dont think any major issues like any other scheduling apps. It has lot of lfexibility that can benefit the users

Cal ID is straightforward and does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complexity. Appointment booking and management are smooth, notifications work reliably, and the interface is easy to understand even for non-tech-savvy users. It saves time, reduces scheduling confusion, and offers good value for money compared to similar tools. Customer support is responsive and actually helpful when needed.

Cons:

ome advanced customization options are limited, especially for businesses with very specific workflow needs. A few features could benefit from deeper integrations or more flexibility, and minor UI improvements would make navigation even faster. Nothing critical, but there is room to refine the experience further.

Easy call booking and increase the trust among the leads coz they are providing custom link which makes the lead to trust.

Cons:

integrating multiple call platforms like zoom, google, teams etc with ease and the feature of reminding thats a game changer

Simple and Powerful Scheduling for My Coaching Sessions”

Overall, my experience with Cal ID has been very positive. It has made my scheduling process much smoother and more professional, and my clients appreciate how easy it is to pick a time that works for them. Pros:

I like that Cal ID makes it very easy for my clients to book time with me without any back-and-forth messages. The booking links are simple to share, and my clients find the interface clean and easy to understand. I also like the flexibility to create different event types for different kinds of sessions, and the automatic reminders help reduce no-shows. Calendar integration works smoothly, so my schedule stays in sync and I don’t have to update things manually. Overall, it saves me time and lets me focus more on my actual work instead of managing appointments.

Cons:

Sometimes the first-time setup feels a bit confusing, especially when configuring advanced options and workflows. A few parts of the interface could be more intuitive or better explained with tooltips or examples. I would also like to see more customization options for email/WhatsApp reminders and the booking page design, so it can fully match my personal brand. Apart from these points, I haven’t faced any major issues.

Reasons for switching to Cal ID

I switched from Calendly to Cal ID because it fits my workflow and my clients’ needs much better. The interface feels simpler and more intuitive, so it’s faster for me to set up and manage different types of sessions. My clients also find the booking experience clearer and smoother, which has increased the number of people who actually confirm an appointment. On top of that, the pricing and support feel more aligned with my context, so overall Cal ID gives me more value and control than I had with Calendly.

The best meeting scheduler

My overall experience is 10 out of 10. I found it much better that I was thinking before starting it.

The process that they are offering, it's most liked by me. My team is using it on daily basis and it performs much better what I was expecting

Cons:

I think there is nothing which was not liked by me. I used it in my daily life and cal knows better how to manage my day

It's a great appointment management software with email notifications. It has a unique landing page option which is not offered by many other software. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful website.

Cons:

Nothing as of now, I am yet to find any flaws. But I am sure it will be better than most of the softwares out there.

Pros:

Finally an app where everything is synced and I can share my availability to the public in one short link.

Cons:

It needs to have more payment methods to accept payments from bookers, I didn't like that I saw only a few options, but I guess I can wait for the rest.

It's pretty good. simple. straightforward, easy to set up. It works as it says. That's what actually matters

Cons:

There should be a mobile app to manage. It's a hassle not having a mobile app. It's a must in today's time. and especially booking notifications and reminders within the app.
