Switched and not looking back.

My overall experience with Cal ID has been great. It’s one of those tools that quietly cleans up your workflow and makes you wonder why everything else feels so clunky. Setup was quick, the interface is clean, and the automations save me real time week to week. It’s become a core part of how I manage my schedule and how I present my brand to others and I switch all my links from another tool.

Pros:

Cal ID is super minimal and just beautifully designed. People literally stop me to ask what calendar tool I’m using, which says a lot. It gives me everything I need from a scheduling platform, from automations to workflows, without feeling bloated or complicated.

Cons:

I honestly can’t think of any right now, but I’ll update this and write something here when I do. It's honestly gets the job done.

Reasons for switching to Cal ID

The value and ease. It was a no brainer in my opinion.

User interface has been superb. Connecting to the platforms used during the course of business has been seamless.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything works so well, with workflows, integrations and a tidy interface for the users who are looking to book some time into my calendar.

Easy call booking and increase the trust among the leads coz they are providing custom link which makes the lead to trust.

Cons:

integrating multiple call platforms like zoom, google, teams etc with ease and the feature of reminding thats a game changer

I like that Cal ID makes it very easy for my clients to book time with me without any back-and-forth messages. The booking links are simple to share, and my clients find the interface clean and easy to understand. I also like the flexibility to create different event types for different kinds of sessions, and the automatic reminders help reduce no-shows. Calendar integration works smoothly, so my schedule stays in sync and I don’t have to update things manually. Overall, it saves me time and lets me focus more on my actual work instead of managing appointments.

Cons:

Sometimes the first-time setup feels a bit confusing, especially when configuring advanced options and workflows. A few parts of the interface could be more intuitive or better explained with tooltips or examples. I would also like to see more customization options for email/WhatsApp reminders and the booking page design, so it can fully match my personal brand. Apart from these points, I haven’t faced any major issues.

Reasons for switching to Cal ID

I switched from Calendly to Cal ID because it fits my workflow and my clients’ needs much better. The interface feels simpler and more intuitive, so it’s faster for me to set up and manage different types of sessions. My clients also find the booking experience clearer and smoother, which has increased the number of people who actually confirm an appointment. On top of that, the pricing and support feel more aligned with my context, so overall Cal ID gives me more value and control than I had with Calendly.

Very useful app

Overall, Cal ID is a robust scheduling tool that offers impressive flexibility for its price point. While the user interface is generally clean, it did take me a little while to fully understand the advanced workflow settings compared to simpler tools I’ve used in the past. However, once configured, the system works reliably. The customizable booking pages and routing forms are standout features that have helped me manage a complex schedule with ease

Appointment management, email notification ,booking and every feature is good and worthy of price .great

Cons:

I have noticed that the calendar synchronization can sometimes be sluggish. There is occasionally a delay between updating my availability and seeing it reflected on the booking page, which makes me nervous about potential double-bookings during my busiest scheduling periods

Best Scheduling App

Minimalist Design: The interface is very "quiet." There are no aggressive ads or complex dashboards, making it easy for both you and the person booking the meeting. Speed: It is incredibly lightweight. The pages load quickly, which reduces the friction for someone trying to grab a slot on your calendar. Privacy-First: Unlike some larger platforms, Cal.id emphasizes data privacy and doesn't track users as aggressively. Customization: You can create "Secret Events" that don't appear on your main booking page, which is great for specific high-priority clients.

Cal.id is built for people who find mainstream scheduling tools too cluttered or corporate. It allows you to sync your calendar, set your availability, and share a link so others can book time with you without the back-and-forth emails.

The process that they are offering, it's most liked by me. My team is using it on daily basis and it performs much better what I was expecting

Cons:

I think there is nothing which was not liked by me. I used it in my daily life and cal knows better how to manage my day
