About AutoRepair Cloud

AutoRepair Cloud is an auto shop management solution designed for auto service and repair shops that can be accessed across various platforms including the web, Android and iOS devices. The solution offers multiple features including time estimates and quotes generation, online auto part ordering, inventory management, payment processing, appointment scheduling, VIN and license plate scanning and maintenance scheduling.

Users can look up OEM technical service information, create digital inspections, write up repair orders, print invoices and more. Shop owners can keep track of all the vehicles present in a shop using mobile devices. Users can create custom reports, send images to customers and chat with them in real-time.

The solution provides integration with QuickBooks and supports payment processing with applications such as Paypal and Square. AutoRepair Cloud is available on a monthly subscription-basis and support is provided through an online support portal and email.

Pros:

A huge number of instructions that explain how to use various features. Support always helps to solve problems or answers questions about application. A wide database of clients and their vehicles, ability to view the repairs history of the vehicle via CARFAX.

Cons:

During my time I working with this app, I encountered just a few bugs (but all of them were quickly fixed).

Pros:

I would like to point out the following good features: inventory and auto parts, labor estimates and maintenances, search for vehicles by VIN or license plate number.

Cons:

Financial reports can be made more configurable. Also, there is no option to choose which invoices will be synced yo QuickBooks.

We absolutely love having a free listing with them however we have never been able to see a direct benefits to being on board.

Cons:

Unfortunately we have never been shown that we have or have not been contacted through this tool. Yet.

Great application, dashboard is really cool

I use this application for 2.5 years and my experience with is fine. It has always met my requirements.

The dashboard is very cool: I can quickly find any information through the search or quickly add an appointment, quote or inspection.

Cons:

There are no serious problems. The only downside is that it is very difficult to find some features.

Pros:

The domain page of shop, although poorly configurable, but looks very attractive to my customers. The quote/repair order page is also good: I can customize it to suit my needs.

Cons:

The parts order and inventory pages are quite complex to understand and there are not enough instructions for them.

It has integrated mobile version that includes the most important features from the desktop version. So, I can work with this application on any device and at any time.

Cons:

Mostly disadvantages are in the web version. Application sometimes switches to offline mode when the Internet is weak.

Pros:

Convenient user interface, all necessary account settings are present. Employee management and permissions settings for them are well implemented. And financial reports are probably one of the most useful features.

Cons:

There were some difficulties when I started using the application. There were not enough guides, and the videos on the YouTube-channel are often old and irrelevant today.

It has a lot of different features. Here I can create templates for repairs, inspections or messages, and then use them. The application is easy to use, technical support always helps in solving problems.

Customers database with the ability to enter detailed information. Ability to view the history of repairs, including those that were performed by other auto repair shops.

Cons:

The media editor works with some issues. It is not clear how to set up the reminder for the next maintenance.

The repair order page is very informative in structure. I like the wide choice of invoice templates. It is also good that my clients can approve/reject the repair.

Cons:

There are some performance issues. Also, there is no ability to change the repair order back to quote.
