Shopmonkey vs Tekmetric: Which is best for you?

I liked Shopmonkey 1.0 version...the design team for version 2.0 took a very snooth easy to use software and made it much harder to use and requires more keystrokes and mouse usage for functionality..... FAIL...

The team did not have the foresight to start the invoice numbers in SM at a different number than the invoices in QB, so we had a big mess the first month of performance.

I liked the idea of what they offer- it was suppose to be a time saver, workflow and good valve for money, also be ease to use but the feature is not in this program

Advanced options don’t help if basic actions aren’t fast and intuitive.
