    We are using Backup radar for the past couple of years & the most liked thing about this it's easy to integrate & configure & helps us maintain data security & availability. We have integrated our cloud environment & on-prem environment devices as well & it helps us to backup automatically at desired scheduled time. It also provides frequently unsuccessful backup details & root causes for the same as well.
    Cons:
    As far as we are using the only issue we get some time we the report & analysis feature as it does not provide a custom detail format.

    This software was able to support our wide array of backup software programs and provide a single pane of glass and also a single point of entry for our ticketing system. Support was also able and willing to create custom parsing rules as we needed them on rare occasion.
    Cons:
    Maintenance outages have been a bit too frequent in my opinion. When the parsing or mail server is down, even missing one day, it results in a slew of false positive "No results" which we have to manually cleanup. Support can be a bit slow. Also, it appears custom parsing rules apply to all tenants, so this can result in slow build times. I would prefer being able to create the custom parsing rules ourselves and for our own tenant.
