About Validis

Validis is a cloud-based financial reporting and risk management solution designed for accountants and lenders. It offers auditing, dashboard and risk assessment within a suite.

Validis features automated data extraction, which pulls data from accounting systems. The extracted data is then run through algorithm-driven checks such as double entry and number formatting and converted into a standardized format.

With standardized data, the solution enables users to prepare multiple reports such as income statements, debtors activity reports, general ledgers, balance sheets and aged creditor reports. Users can also export these reports into Excel spreadsheets.

Validis also offers audit-based reporting which provides reports in audit-ready format. The solution also features ISO 27001 security and 256 AES data encryption standards for data extraction.
