Best POS System in Panama. Period!

I've been using Invu POS for over seven years across my restaurants, and my experience has been fantastic. It's hands down the best POS system in Panama. The system itself is reliable and easy to use, but the true strength of Invu POS is their customer service. The team is incredibly supportive and always goes the extra mile. The recent integrations, including inventory management and OpenTable, have streamlined our operations and saved us money. I highly recommend Invu POS to any restaurant owner.

Pros:

The customer service is exceptional. The team is always available and responds quickly to any issue. This personal support, combined with a reliable system, makes Invu POS stand out from the competition. The new integrations have also been a huge benefit. The inventory system has allowed me to get rid of other software like Marketman, saving me money, and a huge advantage to have it all in one place. Plus, the new OpenTable integration is a game changer it automatically tracks when reservations show up, are seated, and when tables are freed up, which makes managing our floor so much easier

Cons:

I honestly have no major complaints. The system has consistently met my needs over the past seven years. Any minor issues that have come up have been addressed immediately by their excellent support team.

Invupos - mejoro la operación y rentabilidad de mis negocios.

Más allá de lo eficiente e intuitivo del punto de venta, es que su servicio de soporte es clase mundial. Cada vez que tengo un problema lo resuelven en minutos. Es un gran equipo comercial y técnico.

Lo práctico y fácil que es de usar. Además la experiencia de usuario es muy bonita e intuitiva. El sistema de inventarios y la integración que tienen con plataformas de delivery es un servicio adicional indispensable. Invu en términos de valor es de 10 puntos. Y su costo es insuperable. El mejor punto de venta sin lugar a dudas.

Cons:

La verdad, a mi me funciona para todo. No tengo ninguna queja.

Aún falta mucho por hacer

En general buena pero aún le falta mucho les falta la pág en inglés cosas muy básicas Que la plataforma en línea tenga pago con tarjeta un cierre de caja no tan complejo, que una vez cerrada la orden se pueda manipular método de pago y monto

Cuando falla la conexión es un caos, se desaparecen cuentas y ordenes, generando esto retraso en el servicio.

Sencillo, fácil y eficaz en uso general para tu negocio como lo es mi hotel y restaurante. Gracias a INVU tengo control de mis proveedores, invetarios, y flow chart de ventas !!!!

El Servicio inmediato con personal capacitado vía video o llamada telefónica hace una gran diferencia en mis ojos. Aparte el sistema operativo es tan fácil de absorber para colaboradores por ende es mi opción número 1. Gracias por facilitar todo en mi negocio. Altamente recomendado INVU POS !!!!
