Pros / Cons
  • Some simplification of the tools for the part time user would be really helpful. And perhaps a summary level of analytic data could be shared about all site visitors without revealing details on the actual individuals and their location or geodemographics.
  • I don't like how the data retention is limited, since some data is lost after some time due to the settings. And the product cannot be customized as I like.

  • We were looking to build campaign based reports for our clients; campaigns typically last anyone from 3-6 months, and typically involved multiple channels. As TapClicks offered a wide array of integrations with the platforms we needed (LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, plus the option to integrate more "manual" data sources via Google Sheets)
  • Unfortunately we found the platform to be not very user friendly, even for some of our more technical users (note: not data scientists, just savvy digital marketers) when compared to a variety of other tools we've used in the past, including Supermetrics, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, DashThis, PowerBI and so on.
