The seamless export and integration of Data from our system to the Engen SAPS system

Cons:

Desired Feature would be to receive a Status Report notifying us of any System issues such as connectivity issues as they occur with an estimated time when issue will be resolved.

Makes tracking of invoices so much easier , queries are done much faster which gives more time to focus on other daily responsibilities , minimal manual work required , Suppliers still receive payment if an AP Clerk is on leave or off sick

There's not much that can be improved as we had picked up issues which has been resolved

The most impactful feature of this software is paper saving. We have for years wasted paper between ourselves and our suppliers. This saves costs on paper and courier cost of having to move the paper to other sites. Now the information is easily accessible for all users at any site.
