Pretty straightforward software with many uses

I have found Oracle to be an amazingly easy to use software that has been both a great value for money and perfect for small business use. The customer support if quite great as well, which helps with the lesrning curve of some staff who may take longer to learn the system.

Cons:

So far I haven't found any cons, just personal preferences or pet peeves. I truly find this app to be what I needed at a time and suggest it to others when they are inquiring about software of this type.

First, Due to Covid-19 pandemic, I am getting benefit of its cloud sevices By working from home. Secondly, Its Middle ware services, We have different madule of ERP like Meterial Management System,Apperal Management system and Inventory Management system.All of three Modules are interlinked and Show results on one window. its save a lot of time and consumed less human resource for operations controlling . Third its very easy to build new forms and reports as per organzational requirement. As for as its security Concerns, We can give partial access to the outsider (Supplier) and customized access to the company employees.

Cons:

Security Setup in Cloud services is time taking. Its very difficult to linked it with Website, E.g Many times We need updated exchange rate then we need to link it with api to get live exchange rates, which is difficult and almost we have to do it manual.

i love oracle. i mostly use it for expenses at my company and it is pretty easy to use. most aspects of the program are pretty straight forward.

it is difficult to navigate back and to things. I often get lost trying the get to the expense system or the place to change my payment account options.

Terrible service

Terrible and frustrating service. Called several times to try to get assistance to sign in to their portal and failed every single time. No one seems to have answers on how to get set up and in the meantime we've done our work and have not been paid!

If I could give it zero stars I would. The company I do independent work for recently switched from Coupa to Oracle. To be honest Coupa was awful and it took almost a month before we could sign in and get into their system. It's been almost 3 weeks and haven't even been able to sign in to submit an invoice to be paid. Confusing...totally user unfriendly... as clear as mud 😵‍💫very frustrated with the whole system. I've called the company that has implemented this program and they found an alternate way for me to request a way to be paid. Awful ...I would not recommend it.

Cons:

It never even allowed me to use its service... can't even sign in! The company that uses it has stated that even their own employees are having frustrations and problems can't get any answers.
