- Every time I need to call customer service, they are extremely helpful.
- I did not pay attention to my past bill, till now, I found I was charged so much money that I am not supposed to be charged!!!
- This is a great feature, but there are two issues which seem easy to fix. 1) the description is blank when the work order is generated and 2) if more than one location is selected in the schedule request - no work order is generated.
- They have not fixed the glitches when using schedule requests with auto-generated workorders.
