An All-In-One Meeting Tool that's Simple to Use

Using 2meetup was a terrific experience for me overall. The website helped me discover activities in my neighbourhood that I was interested in going to. I was able to speak with the event hosts and learn more about them. I also had the chance to interact with other attendees, which was a terrific way to network and establish new relationships. The website was simple to use and navigate, and I thought it was a wonderful method to identify activities I'd enjoy going to.

2meetup is very easy to use, even for people who are not tech-savvy. The interface is clean and simple, and the steps involved in scheduling a meeting are straightforward. I can send out invitations, set reminders, and track my appointments all from one place. It works with Zoom and Google Calendars very well and avoids conflicts between meetings.

Cons:

2meetup is not a full-featured CRM tool. If you need more features than 2meetup offers, you may need to look for a different tool. But It works for me for my specific requirements.

Pros:

2meetup is a platform that lists your business with all the details about your organization. As the platform is free so anyone can signup and start using its business-developing features. The feature which I like most was that now we can add prices of all of our products and even get customer reviews on the platform for better branding.

Cons:

The worst part of 2meet up is that whenever we need to reach a large customer base all across the world it becomes inefficient to give good results and also there are lots of people who don't know about the software at all which reduces customer attraction in the listed platform.

The ability to send reminders of any upcoming events through messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram is my favorite feature of 2meetup because it makes it so much simpler to remind the appropriate parties.

Cons:

It takes some getting used to the mobile version of 2meetup because there are occasionally synching problems that make the format and scheduling unclear. This could possibly be addressed.

Pros:

2meetup is quite unique because the notification system allows me to reminds the participant about the schedule not only from email, but can linked with WhatsApp and thru messenger with some cost added to the service.

Cons:

Lacks of flexibility. This application only worked using the web browser and no mobile application that are ready yet. I believe with access to the system from mobile apps, it will helps user to check on the schedule effectively.

Flash Appointments is too basic and no reminder tools that come with it.

2meet is a great tool or software that I use in my job profile. As I work in the fashion industry I need to create various meetup programs, workshops, and events where I cater to various artists, and craftsmen whose stories are unheard of. I can create promotional pages with 2meetup where people can see those events register themselves and engage in the meeting It is very easy to cater large audience and ultimately increase the number of readers to our magazine.

Cons:

2meetup is a very engaging tool So far I haven't found any drawback to using it, but sometimes since it has got still less number of users I need to promote the 2meetup link on various social media platforms to engage more audiences.

2meetup has made us very productive over the past 2 years we've been using this tool to engage our clients and customers globally. It's a very straightforward and simple to use meeting and appointment scheduling platform. It's a great tool I use for managing my appointments and meetings with my clients and this has greatly improved our relationship and communication with my clients and they have continued to rely and trust our services as their leading financial services industry. I love the meetings reminders which helps to make sure nobody misses the scheduled meetings or events. I also like the ability to create Zoom and Google Meet links that helps so much to invite directly participants. The ability to communicate through multiple projects with team members is added advantage.

Cons:

I love the stability of the tool with robust features which are easy to access and use in any case makes it the best scheduling and meeting platform. For me everything has worked no complaints.
