My overall experience with 2meetup is good. It is a versatile meeting scheduler with so many different functionalities like scheduling pages, reminders and CRM. It's an awesome tool that can meet all of your requirements. User friendly!

This meeting scheduler is very easy to use and it has a lot of functionalities like appointment scheduling, email and text reminders and CRM. Its email and text reminders enabled me to reduce the No Show Rate by 60% and its CRM helped me to manage all of the appointments in one place. The best thing that I love about this meeting scheduler is its simplicity because simple scales fancy fails. Awesome app.

Cons:

It has limited design options for emails, forms and the overall branding. Due to this reason, it appears a little unprofessional because of its fewer branding options. It also has some synchronization problem that needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Simple and direct tool to enhance customer communication and relationship

My primary goal with the software was simplifying communication and enabling clients to easily schedule meetings. Before using 2Meetup, clients primarily relied on WhatsApp, which made it hard to know about my availability, leaving a less-than-desirable impression.However, with 2Meetup, I found a straightforward solution that allowed less frinction on client interactions. Its user-friendly interface allowed clients to schedule consulting with me seamlessly, reducing the constant schedule matching discutions that would oftem make clients unhappy.

I found 2Meetup to have a simple and direct interface, making it remarcably easy to set up. The tool seamlessly integrates with Gmail and my calendar, while also offering compatibility with popular video chat services like Jitsi Meet and with WhatsApp.What I particularly loved about it is its straightforward setup process. It didn't require any lengthy procedures, allowing me to start using it right away.

Cons:

While 2Meetup delivers on its purpose, being a data nerd, I felt the lack of an option to export logs from the tool, especially client logs. Despite this 2meetup achieves its primary objectives.

They provide engagement tools and extensive reports to help me operate my business. They also offer applications that my customers can use to check in and change their details. Everything we need is right there. The software's strength lies in the ongoing improvements that are being made to it.

Cons:

Appointments I make or remove on one device will sometimes not be reflected on the others because of a failure to sync. It is not a constant problem, but it does arise frequently enough to be annoying.

Very reliable online booking system and for the Construction project operations scheduling and contact management via 2meetup tools is good.Amazing teamwork that the platform has and the calendar management is also simple and reliable technical help desk.
