Aircall vs Avaya UCaaS: Which is best for you?

I like that it has a phone app as well as a desktop app as it helps to offer calls which suits our device preferences.

Now I'm having an incredibly hard time cancelling. When I was signing up, the sales rep promised that I can cancel anytime and when I asked for that in writing he declined but said he would be able to cancel on my behalf if ever needed.

Overall, my experience with Avaya UCaaS has been good, it delivers dependable communication and collaboration, though the interface and features could use some modernization.

Some of the features feel a bit outdated and slow, and the interface could be more modern and user-friendly.
