It still is one of the better dialers as compared to other products that I have experienced using. The user-interface and its friendliness is exceptional as compared to other phone apps.

Still one of the best dialers in terms of its convenience and user-friendliness. Mobile app and web add-on are very good.
Cons:
There are instances that it still refreshes once in a while which is annoying for somebody like myself who works with it most of the time.

It's easy to use and there are alot of features. We find the transfer feature to be quite helpful, along with shared phone numbers and text (SMS) inboxes. It's super easy to add employees as well or buy a new phone number. They do have 2 factor authentication and google login which is helpful. The support documentation is helpful.
Cons:
My least favorite thing about JustCall are the bugs and the phone service isn't always the most reliable.

It’s like scrolling through an endless sea of texts! A more streamlined search feature would make a world of difference for us.

Not for a fit for new, small, or start up businesses

They gave the impression that they worked with all size of businesses, but after our experience, they don't support small startup businesses. I think the cost of the service is too high for a company that isn't already bringing in at least 7 figures a year. I just wish they would have told us first that they only really desired to work with medium to small size businesses.

The ability to do CRM like actions within the system and do SMS messaging. Itlooked like it an application that would provide what needed currently, as well as the type of features that we wanted to grow into.
Cons:
My business partner and did three video calls with Just call to discuss and review the application, see if it would work our needs and learn how to use it. We must have spent in total a bit more than a half of a day's work so that we could review that the application would solve our problems and learn how to use it to do so. Well, not long into our trial, they sent us this message: We are writing to inform you that your JustCall account has been permanently closed. Our systems has detected usage linked to your JustCall account that violates our Terms and Conditions. As a result, your JustCall account has been closed, and you will not have any access to our services. Please note that this decision is final. If you believe this action was taken in error, you may contact us at help@justcall.io to reconsider our action. Well,it was a pretty nasty message of itself, but we figured we would give justcall a chance to explain themselves and fix it. I explained to them that I was in the process of transitioning from one business service to a similar one, had reserved my domain name but the new web site is currently in development. We need a phone number to put on our new website for our new business before we can plop the web site down on the domain. I explained that to them, but apparently that wasn't good enough, and they told us to move on.

I feel that I have not experienced many things that I like very much about JustCall. The reports were a step up from our initial call solution (Aircall)
Cons:
There are many things that I do not like about Justcall. Justcall does not have a queue based call structure, meaning the calls that come in that aren’t answered aren’t put in a queue that shows your missed calls. Another would be consistent issues with the software and my my microphone

I don't know how hard to customize features but the management has been working on update/customize features over the course and I think JustCall has provided suitable features that our organization needs. I think the integration with our existing program has been smooth, too. We use Hubspot and Google.
Cons:
Personally, I found the call back feature is really annoying. Even if a client receive assistance from us, because of the call-back, we keep getting calls which increase the overall volume we have to deal with.

Avoid Justcall

We were long time customers of justcall and decided to upgrade our account. After upgrading, we realized it did not contain the features we were looking for. When we emailed them 1 day after signing, they sent a lengthy email threatening their legal team to get involved after rendering 0 services. Unethical company and clearly desperate for money, wouldn't trust them ever again and went with a competitor after this experience.

Cons:
Very aggressive sales process with lacking fulfillment team. They will try to pressure you with their legal team if something doesn't go your way

Cons:
I dont really have any cons that I can think of. Occassionally the app will continue ringing on my pc when I have answered a call from my cell phone and I have to close everything out to get it to stop.
