Kixie support team is very responsive and helpful. They are very knowledgeable with the dialer and would take time to isolate the issue before concluding. They will not leave you behind. My overall experience with the dialer is superb! I can see a big improvement on the number of leads I generate! My Kixie experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The initial demo with [sensitive content hidden] was great, he provided valuable info, answered all of my questions, and wasn't "salesy." After going live with Kixie, I needed help setting up this cool feature called the Live Leaderboard; [sensitive content hidden] from customer support assisted me promptly and got me up and running in no time. Live chat support has been helpful whenever needed as well.

Terrible but it's cost me $280 and a day and a half of dialing to find out this dialer is a POS and very awkward to use. The only reason we were there is because they supposedly integrated with GHL.
