Key features of eCentral include product information management, omnichannel publishing, custom catalogs, drag-and-drop page flows and style/layout automation. It enables enterprises to create and use multiple layouts for product categories to streamline communication between merchandisers, content authors, managers and creative artists. Additionally, it provides tools to manage data synchronization between sources and add unlimited product attributes/taxonomies.
eCentral allows integration with several enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system (CMS) applications. It also lets artists design custom layouts in Adobe InDesign and MS Publisher. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone and email.
