Easy and dynamic to integrate with existing applications and customized processes. Data driven and data availability is very impact full.

Cons:

The layout improvement is required. It should be appealing to users and generate intrest to use. Need to integrate dynamic reporting to provide user flexibility to design the report format and content.

*Finance module is stable with student fees collections, payment intergrations & scholarship management. *Online Admission system is good enough to manage admission without hustle. *Payroll & HRMS, Biometric Timesheet are best. Reports are more precise. *Overall academics structure is good. Some areas can be improvised. But looking overall is good. *They provide numerous third Party integrations like payment gateway, g-meet for online lectures, SMS integrations, Tally and more. *Reporting & interactive dashboard in individual faculty, HODs & Management logings. *Great support team.

Cons:

No cons were found with functionality. UI can be improvised.

Every modules are streamlined. Very easy to access from students and faculties side. Reports generated from erp help us to calculate the data as per our need.

Cons:

Some unnecessary sub- modules are available. Storage space issue.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) save time and reduce paper work. It is also used for dissemination of information to students for tasks such as sharing pre-post reading materials, assignments, mock tests, case study or other teaching resources.

Best ERP for Colleges

We found it quite useful for administration and NAAC, It has brought lot of transparency in the system. We can save lot of time due to automation. Qualsoft provides good support and customization as per our suggestions and requirements. Online classroom is excellently integrated, taking care of attendance automatically.

IOS App is needed, currently android app is provided to students, teachers and management.
