I am a yoga teacher and only teach a few classes a week so wanted something simple for my class record keeping. This is great it holds my client records, class schedule, payment records and allows me to send class reminder emails. There are extra things id like it to do such as export payments into a spreadsheet for my accountant and allocate block booking payments but Ive found manual work rounds within the app and am very happy. I love the fact it syncs in the cloud so i can update it at the class on my iphone and it updates in my ipad. It means i can easily manage on the move. Customer service is excellent - very promt and friendlyand it's clear they are working to develop the app further.

Are use it for documenting my client sessions. I have even been able to send the documented session to my client via email. Helps me keep track electronically of my clients progress and what we covered from appointment to appointment.

Good for organising classes on the go and recording payments. Would be great if it could also be viewed on a laptop/online instead of just via the app.

This is a new way to organize my clients. I can copy, postpone or delete my appointments. This app can help me to check my clients history, bookings, payments or I can make notes about the trainings. I really like it!

I've been looking for many years to find an application like this. There's no windows or even joomla application out there that offers the same, simple yet complete mini CMR / Client Tracking functionality. It enables me to work quickly. Everything in this app is arranged around my three most crucial assest: my clients, my product, my calendar. In this way it's very easy to book, contact, keep records, monitor and invoice my clients. Really great, easy to use and fast. When ever I contact the developper I always get a prompt response. Great support.

This app is really great if you are running your own client based business. The automatic email function is something that I use a lot. If you sell a number of sessions, the app does not automatically track the sessions or count them in any way, considering what other similar apps are capable of, this feature should be updated.

I am a piano teacher, and I love being able to use this app. It keeps track of my finances, schedule, and I can send email reminders right from the schedule. 2 things...I wish it would sync with my phone calendar, and I wish it was easier to cancel lessons. It has an odd way of duplicating lessons, instead of just having a "repeat" setting. When I need to change a date/time, I have to manually delete the lessons, and then put them in again. It's something I have grown used to, but I love absolutely everything else about the app.
