About Jackrabbit Gymnastics

Jackrabbit Gymnastics is a club management solution designed to help businesses manage registration, billing, attendance tracking, class scheduling and other operations. It provides an accounting module, which lets gymnastics schools integrate the system with Quickbooks and track paid fees, reconciliations and project payments on a unified interface.

The application allows businesses to monitor staff's logging details or availabilities, track students' progress and class schedules and share selected information with parents and staff on self-service portals. It includes a point of sale functionality, which lets gym owners accept payments using a credit card swipe reader. Additionally, administrators can utilize an executive dashboard and reporting capabilities to generate summaries of classes and revenue.

Other features include a time clock, SMS or email alerts, skills tracking, and more. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions.

Jackrabbit is Awesome!

My overall experience has been great. I especially like how they have webinars on how to use different parts of Jackrabbit such as running tuition, using the event calendar, recitals, etc. They also take peoples feedback/ideas and are constantly updating and making the program better.

Jackrabbit is very easy to use and navigate. I also like the support and help center. They also have web/YouTube modules on how to use it. Its great starting part when we have new employees come in.

Cons:

Sometimes it does glitch and goes down but the Jackrabbit Facebook page lets everyone know.

Jackrabbit Review

I find jackrabbit pretty simple to use once you get the hang of it. Some stuff have a lot of steps to them (like skill charts) but I feel like most softwares are like that.

Customer service is quick to respond to issues. I like the help guide as well!

Cons:

I think trials are a little bit difficult and making sure they pay the right amount when they sign up on their own. I also wish it were easier to just see how many trials you have on the dashboard. I also wish setting up skill charts were easier.

Pros:

Jackrabbit allows us to track students' attendance, create a store and sell items through client accounts, keep track of staff hours/classes. I like that there are different ways to get help with an issue - email, live chat and phone and they answer fairly quickly. Also, the ability to add an idea which gets voted on by other uses and then is implemented to the system is great! I also like that I have the ability to limit access to certain users.

Cons:

There is very little I don't like about Jackrabbit. Whenever I do have an issue, Jackrabbit is quick to help.

Functional, but a bit convoluted

A bit of a slow learning curve but after that I did enjoy using the product, although I think I only scratched the surface if it’s entire functionality.

Not the most user friendly but has lots of pros once you figure it out!

It takes some time clicking around to figure out the program but overall it does everything you need it to do.

There are tons of reports, and tracking everything you do on each account is easy.

Cons:

There are 101 ways to do the same thing. I think the transaction tab can be tricky. I wish you could edit kids' enrollment dates, etc., without having to drop them and start over. I also would like notes from deleted waitlists to be saved instead of having to go in and make a separate note.

Overall experience is good, I wish there were more features around birthday parties, privates lessons, adding mass charges by adding rules- automatically add sibling discounts or multi class discounts.
