Responsive Support That Actually Listens

Wodify is a company that listens, owns their role, and supports their clients with professionalism and respect. Some negative reviews reflect emotional frustration when something breaks—but in my experience, Wodify is exactly who you want on the other side of that frustration: responsive, accountable, and invested in making things better.

Pros:

Wodify’s customer service is outstanding. When I bring an issue to them, they don’t dismiss it, offer a flimsy workaround, or say “that’s just how it is.” They listen, take responsibility where appropriate, and genuinely explore whether the software itself can be improved—for the benefit of all users. Their response time is fast, communication is thorough, and they always follow up to make sure an issue is fully resolved before closing a ticket. Most importantly, they never imply that the problem—or my frustration—is my fault.

Cons:

As with any evolving software, updates (to Wodify, browsers, or operating systems) can occasionally cause hiccups. This sometimes requires clearing caches, refreshing, or updating systems. I’ve learned to schedule this as a regular maintenance task. While this can be frustrating, Wodify is transparent about what’s within their control and still goes out of their way to help—even when the issue technically isn’t theirs.

Great help for my business so I can provide great service to my clients

It's been great! I have liked that the customer service team is very responsive and helpful learning how to utilize this software better, so I can manage the business side of what I do better. This gives me more head space to do the fun things like coaching, developing leaders, and participating in class.

Pros:

Ease of use - Very user friendly and are updated when new features come out. Customer Service - Questions how to use a feature, find a report, or create a workflow are responded to quickly, kindly, and with clear answers.

Cons:

The chat feature on my phone is very slow. It seems like it's too many layers deep and takes very long to load.

Reasons for choosing Wodify

I had previous experience many years ago. Although it had it's qwerks then, it functioned well, was easy to use on the client side, and I kind of assumed that that had only been improved since then.

Reasons for switching to Wodify

It was way to big and clunky. Features were not organized well at all. It was not an intuitive product. Features were not where a person may think they would be. Reports were very hard to come by. Customer service was also not super helpful.

One of the best crossfit software

It works great, never had a big problem.

Pros:

It's a fantastic software for crossfit gyms. I used as a client and works really great. The customer service is fantastic. The new mobile app is fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing, the only thing to me that could be improve is the client side, it looks too old.

Wodify is the best all encompassing software for class based fitness

I have used Wodify for our business for almost 10 years. And I still think its the best solution for class based gyms that want to run multiple programs. I'm also very appreciative to Wodify as a business listening to feedback and adjusting accordingly to make sure it's customers are happy.

Pros:

Wodify allows us to not only track our membership, but also provide programming and data tracking for the members. It's an all encompassing system.

Cons:

Wodify is not as set up as well for personal training or individual programming delivery.

Reasons for switching to Wodify

This was many years ago. Honestly...mindbody was too robust. And difficult to learn. And we couldn't share workouts. The workouts was the primary reason for the switch.

Pros:

I like being able to get some grasp on the data in a concise way, and not having to scramble all over trying to keep track of daily, weekly or monthly numbers on my own.

Cons:

Overall it's a good software, and just some minor hangups with the rampup on learning the navigation around it. I've heard there is no way to remove the coaches checking in email notices I keep getting so if they could figure that out, that would be nice.

seemed like a good fit for my growth projections and the videos I will be able to share with my student base.

I wanted a more robust CRM that could help me with the organization of my daily interaction with my members.

Pros:

1. Customer Service is top notch. Quick to reply or to hop on a call. Weekends I get assistance, too. Everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable and also very personable. 2. The product combines so many features into one. I had been using two different systems and implementing Wodify in our gym has made management much easier. A game changer! 3. Ethics/morals...when I started my research on gym platforms I met with several different reps from companies. Others would put the other companies down and try to convince me they were the best. I have recently seen on social media other companies putting down other gym management systems. I did not experience this from the sales team at Wodify and have never seen them degrade other companies software. This stood out to me as I never felt pressured by sales pitches to choose them.

Cons:

There truly isn't anything I can say I dislike about Wodify

Felt comfortable with product and staff, pricing was comparable, and had more feature than I knew I needed.

It makes running a gym easy! It is simple to manage class schedules, personal training sessions, and monitor billing. The mobile app is great too!

Cons:

Some of their reporting requires deeper dives, but it is easy once you know the lay of the land! Their support team is excellent to work with if you feel like a report looks incorrect. They will work with you to find exactly what you're looking for!

Wodify serves us better in a professional capacity. SugarWOD would have been fine for an individual but not an entire gym.

Pike 13 did not meet our needs, Wodify is great for us.

-Perform feature for programming metcon-style workouts and members to access and track progress -Ability to have membership platform, programming platform and website with the same company - Reports and custom reports -Financial tracking -Customer service

Cons:

-Programming single exercises and strength style movements is not user friendly. TrainHeroic is amazing for this! I wish Wodify would use the same format for this style of training. -I’ve had a couple financial payout snags that were resolved but made it difficult to trust financials in the moment

I wanted everything on one platform. Wodify is a pricier but more convenient. Though not completely satisfied I like the convenience.
