GoTo Meeting is the secret to streamline team meetings.

We have been using GoTo Meeting to facilitate our team meetings and our experience with it has been very recommendable. GoTo Meeting makes it easy for us to organize and attend our team meetings and with its excellent features, we are able to hold out team discussions smoothly. GoTo Meeting has made it possible for us to share updates and information which help keep everyone in the team updated.

Pros:

GoTo Meeting uses AI powered features like AI summaries tool which help us to extract the key points from our meeting discussions. GoTo Meeting has high-powered security and privacy functions which allows us to hold our team discussions privately. GoTo Meeting has an incredible meeting recording tool which help us record the entire meeting session making it easy to reference previous discussions. GoTo Meeting high quality video and audio features allows us to communicate and share information clearly during meetings.

Cons:

We have never discovered a feature in GoTo Meeting that does not work properly. GoTo Meeting has given us a flawless experience and there is nothing we hate about it.

Overall Experience was Great for Starting with Remote Work

Our overall experience with GoTo Meeting was great! We just pivoted towards Zoom because our organization voted on that platform after a year with GoTo Meeting.

Pros:

GoToMeeting was great for us during Covid when we had to quickly pivot to remote work and trainings.

Cons:

I think there wasn't anything wrong with GoTo Meeting, but when Zoom came out, it seemed more elevated and appealing to the eye. The integrations were not up to par yet.

Reasons for choosing GoTo Meeting

We chose GoTo Meeting at first and then switched over to Zoom. GoTo Meeting was great though for how it helped our organization navigate remote work.

Pros:

It provides a ton of options for creating meeting rooms. Even if the price seems high at first, its value comes when you need to connect many users. The video quality is high despite the wifi.

Cons:

I find it more tricky compared to Zoom or Slack, for example. It would be better to add an AI to help us find different hidden options.

GoTo Meeting

Using GoTo Meeting is pretty seamless. It is easy to set up meetings and send out invitations. I deal with patient medical records and GoTo Meeting allows us to do training calls and updates that are secure and encrypted so our sensitive information is protected.

Cons:
