A reliable Meeting tool for Personal and Professional use.

My experience with the software has been good. I have used it for both personal and professional work and the quality of the video and the audio has been excellent. Numerous times I have been able to seamlessly connect with my colleagues and never miss out important information even when network speed was slow. Only downside is it's pricing and limitations with free version.

Pros:

The quality of the video and audio is very good, even during low network speed the video quality never drops. Another good thing is how easy it is to use on cross platforms. Whether on mobile or on laptop. It work flawlessly.

Cons:

Nothing on the product side, but it's free version does not offer as many features as paid version, which is a bummer as the paid version is expensive compared to other similar tools in the market

GoToMeeting is a good tool, but needs but there's room for improvement

The overall benefit for my team is avoiding travel to meet or present to our clients. For us, GoToMeeting is usually reliable and we're able to schedule meetings quickly and meet as much or as often as we want.

This software allows my team to meet with our clients and partners at anytime, no matter where they are. The ability to screen share also allows us to present to our clients and control theses presentations.

Cons:

GoToMeeting is clunky, it looks dated and it is not the easiest to use. Many times clients have difficulty downloading, becoming the presenter or learning how to operate it quickly.

I Love Unlimited Storage!

GoTo Meeting is one app I can't go without. The need for in depth conversation can arise multiple times with each client. GoTo has the personal feel of meeting face to face without the inconvenience of asking clients to come to the office. Starting a call is almost as easy as a phone call. I get an affordable price and great features. If you need or want to save your call recordings within the app, this is the one I recommend. GoTo Meeting is secure too.

Pros:

GoTo Meeting is an affordable and reliable app for video calls and conferences. The app pretty much always works as expected. Anything that does arise can be expedited by using the 24/7 phone support. Setup was minimal even for me as an account holder. Clients aren't required to create an account and GoTo Meeting is available on every platform I'm aware of. All of the tools and features are easy to use. The interface is simple, also easy to use. Personally, I love the unlimited storage GoTo Meeting provides. Saving the call recording is important and useful to me. The saved files are easy to find as well. Multiple users and/or devices are permitted under one subscription. In app messaging and Private Messaging is something else I really love. Another standout feature for me was the fade feature with the on screen pen. I can highlight a portion of my screen, then without further action it will fade and the client can see the whole screen without obstruction. It's also worth mentioning that I can share my entire screen or only a specific window.

Cons:

GoTo Meeting is affordable, however I wish there were a broader range of plans. I pay for features I don't really need just to get the unlimited cloud storage. I'd prefer to see it available as an add on to the standard plan. While it's not something I use often, I do want a good whiteboard added in GoTo.

Web meetings on GoTo

I've hosted and attended a few meetings in GoTo and they have all gone smoothly. The only complaint would be that it take a little while to get going.

GoToMeeting was great for us during Covid when we had to quickly pivot to remote work and trainings.

Cons:

I think there wasn't anything wrong with GoTo Meeting, but when Zoom came out, it seemed more elevated and appealing to the eye. The integrations were not up to par yet.

We chose GoTo Meeting at first and then switched over to Zoom. GoTo Meeting was great though for how it helped our organization navigate remote work.

Pros:

It provides a ton of options for creating meeting rooms. Even if the price seems high at first, its value comes when you need to connect many users. The video quality is high despite the wifi.

Cons:

I find it more tricky compared to Zoom or Slack, for example. It would be better to add an AI to help us find different hidden options.
