Literally the best CRM/Project Management tool for Design Agencies!

This tool has been a cornerstone of our success and growth throughout the last year and I thoroughly enjoy using this on a daily basis.

Pros:

I love everything about this software - and the team at Kitchen is really responsive, helpful, and willing to make any improvements that bring value to their platform.

Cons:

I didn't really like the carbonara update - however I understand why they did it and I am slowly getting used to it. I think the reason I didn't like it is because I was getting used to the original layout they had, and then it felt like such a big change. But this is just my own opinion, and shouldn't be weighed as a negative.

Keap was very expensive, and we didn't need many of the tools that it had.

IT IS SIMPLE, CLIENTS LOVE SIMPLE!

We’ve been using Kitchen.co to streamline our client communications, task management and internal collaboration, and it’s been a total game changer. The interface is clean, intuitive, and keeps everything—from feedback to file sharing—neatly organised in one place. What we love most is how seamless it is to keep clients in the loop without overwhelming them.

Pros:

Organising and creating client specific folders, kanban boards separately is the best feature. It has helped us stay organised so much saving tons of time.

Cons:

Nothing as such as of now. The recent updates have been outstanding!

Kitchen.co is a great software and using it make things easier in our different tasks management. The software is able to centralize many of our files into one window and then managing becomes very simple. The software is also free to join.

Cons:

Although the name may have been a clever and creative thought at the time, Kitchen.co may need to rebrand in the future. Currently, searches on various platforms, browsers, and search engines all lead to food industry-related results.

If you want to build a great Client Portal Experience - Look No Further!

While evaluating and learning new software can be a tedious process, Kitchen.co was remarkably intuitive overall. The Conversation (aka Messaging) features are utterly amazing, the people are friendly and helpful, and the pricing structure is fantastic. I would highly recommend Kitchen.co to everyone looking for an outstanding and affordable way to build their Client Portal experience. (Just don't tell my competition about it!)

Pros:

The embed page feature is great - I can build out whatever I want to via my website, then simply embed the page will full functionality. My Clients' experience is my main focus, and I love how easy it is for me to see exactly what my Client sees. I'm completely in love with the very robust messaging features, especially being able to create multiple conversation threads with the same client, and the ability to archive and/or export these later. The short-form videos are a great way to learn the basics, and some more in-depth information too. I'm really enjoying getting updates via Facebook, with the latest features and improvements. Lastly, the pricing structure is perfect. I love having the option to buy it once, rather than potentially building my system on a monthly subscription.

Cons:

The "Create Document" is still too basic. That's not a problem for me, but would be for a customer that does not have access to authoring their own webpages. Also, I'd love to have a full, white-labeled, mobile app style experience for my clients. One simple place for everything, all in their pocket. I don't mind if it's still web-based.

Kitchen.co makes working with clients so much easier by keeping chats, tasks, files, and feedback all in one spot. It’s super simple to use, looks neat, and keeps projects organized without all the messy back-and-forth.

Cons:

It doesn’t have a lot of fancy features, so it might feel a bit too simple for bigger projects. The mobile version could be smoother, and some tools are kind of basic.

Pros:

kitchen is simple for me to use for my content organization I write content for about 30 client every month I was able to use kitchen to sort all my clients work I was concerned if my clients will be able to use it too but they did after I gave them little instruction I like the chat feature I use it every time and it helps me to keep my inbox organized, I don't miss important messages and it makes it easier for me to find my clients messages in one place.

Cons:

no cons just a suggestion I will like it of other languages can be included or maybe a translation feature. I work with foreign clients and their major language is not english I have to translate to their language which is stressful most time I will be happy if the company can include this feature

Llike the invoice and payment feature perfect for creating and sending reccuring invoices for my projects. when my clients work span through months I don't create new invoices kitchen generated it automatically and I get paid I only make a few adjustments if needed the payment method is flexible too and there are several options for my clients to choose from. apart from the payment feature every other project management feature that I use did a great job they all worked effectively

Pros:

aside the management, I like Kitchen intentionality and commitment to making business management less hectic this is why all the features are helpful. I introduced kitchen to a few number of my staff initially, I was impressed with it's effectiveness and I introduced it to my entire team, it was very easy to up scale the number of users both my employees and client without changing our plan the integrations with our existing business tools is a big bonus I enjoy everything about kitchen

Cons:

its a bit pricey for start ups but the features are still worth the price
