Better AI adoption for the whole team compared to ChatGPT

The support from the Team-GPT team was great. It's such a great product!

Pros:

The interface is very intuitive and we were able to collaborate on AI chats together with my team. Compared to other tools such as ChatGPT, collaboration really makes the difference when actual adoption of AI happens in the team. We liked the ability to work with images and other media inside the chats - it's great to use AI with different modalities.

Cons:

It takes a few minutes to set up your AI API keys but that's just a simple step compared to the benefits for data privacy that you'll get.

The best tool for adopting AI in your organization

I am very satisfied with the product and rate of improvements we are seeing. The guys from Team-GPT are very responsive and helpful with questions we have had (i.e. we recently needed to correct our invoicing details, which was not available in the UI, but the team assisted us in quickly resolving the issue). The feedback from team members has been great and we plan to continue using Team-GPT for empowering our organization with the latest AI developments.

Pros:

Team-GPT is a simple and cost-effective way of introducing the latest AI capabilities to your organization. Its focus is on introducing people to these emerging technologies, as well as making collaboration and sharing institutional knowledge easy and effective.

Cons:

Honestly, there are no major cons. One aspect that is important, but can be improved is making users more aware of the size and importance of LLM context, which is not vrey intuitive and visible to newcomers.

Reasons for switching to Juma

Team-GPT is a better product for onboarding and training team members, as well as focusing on collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The best tool for Non-tech people to start using AI

The ease of use and set up - it was just a few clicks and here you go. I also like that it is saving you money as multiple people use the same account for Open AI (or Claude 3) for example. I also like the trainings and the preconfigured prompts. SUper useful

Cons:

The only thing I am currently missing is integration with MS Teams or/and Slack. If that is in place the usage will go dramatically up.

Reasons for choosing Juma

There are not many products that offer the team work with an AI unless it is an internally made. The ChatGPT for teams was much more expensive.

because of the team work support and the preconfigured prompts. The training was also very useful to get people on the same starting level.

Team-GPT is the best model agnostic AI collaboratin tool out there!

Everything 1. Collaboration 2. Being able to use any model 3. Sharing the resources , chats prompt with the whole team -> this is crucial when you use AI at work

Cons:

Slight learning curve - but still this is due to the nature of the AI technologies which are quite new

It helps keep thinking organized and lets everyone contribute without slowing things down. Once you get the hang of how to structure your work in it, it becomes a go-to.

It simplifies group workflows that usually turn chaotic. Being able to share prompts, collaborate on threads, and see team input in one place makes it feel more focused and less fragmented. I’ve used it to workshop drafts, outline processes, and test variations before pushing anything live. It speeds things up without sacrificing clarity.

Cons:

Permissions and visibility can be a little confusing at first. If you’re not careful about who can see or edit what, things can get messy quickly. I’ve had to double check settings more than I’d like just to make sure the right people were looped in.

Real value in long term use

I started using this more than a year ago. The app was already handy initially, especially in allowing collaboration. It has been continuously improving and getting better each day. The workspace is improved for the detailed organisation of chats, which brings real value to me, especially in long-term use. Moving between topics and tasks and returning to the topics created earlier now provides real value. A little more improvement will make it one of my go-to business apps, especially while working with clients.

- Provides a well-structured workspace; chats can be organised in various ways - Allows using models of different LLM providers. Users can select the most muscular model for their specific tasks or use different models for a task and select/combine the results for their best use - Enables collaboration between users using AI, allows prompting in the same context window with more than one user

Cons:

The interface can seem overwhelming at first. Users must spend time learning all the functionalities provided by the app.

I love that I can have all my team in one account for creating chats. It saves you a LOT of money for adding users. I love the folders feature for organization. I love being able to add comments on specific chats as well.

Cons:

I can't complain about this tool. This is a fantastic tool.

Team GPT is My Top AI Tool

Simply brilliant! I love a piece of software that I was able to configure and use from the first day which has integrated all my chats from different accounts into one single platform and is now also able to connect to other AI providers as well as doing image generation. It has replaced my use of Chat GPT, as the UI is way better and makes me more productive.

Easy to organise and keeping all AI generated materials in one place. How it integrates with other AI platforms and how easy and simple it is to change the model you want to use for a particular AI Chat.

Cons:

My usage went up somewhat using my own API key compared to just using Chat GPT, however the quality of the output was worth it.

Reasons for switching to Juma

Well I switched from using their UI, because it doesn't give me the structure, file organisation and search capability that Team GPT does. So Team GPT is my go to place for AI prompts.
