Clear, Transparent, and Reliable Commission Tracking

Overall, my experience with Everstage has been very positive. It brings clarity and trust into the compensation process, which is huge for sales teams. Once set up, it saves time, reduces errors, and gives everyone confidence that commissions are being calculated accurately. Support has been responsive, and the product continues to improve over time.

Pros:
Everstage does a great job simplifying commission tracking and making earnings visibility clear for both reps and leadership. The dashboards are intuitive, compensation plans are easy to understand, and it eliminates a lot of manual spreadsheets and back-and-forth. I especially appreciate how transparent it is...there’s far less confusion around payouts and performance metrics.
Cons:
Some of the more advanced configurations and reporting features have a learning curve at first, especially if you’re new to incentive compensation tools. It can take a bit of onboarding time to fully unlock all of the platform’s capabilities.

VERY solid sales performance tracking tool!

Overall 8.5/10. Much better than our previous tool, which had a fair amount of bugs + delays. Everstage does have a ton of bells and whistles that are neat for tracking performance.

I'm a big fan of Everstage because it makes commission tracking really easy to understand. It takes all of the guesswork of how much I'll be paid plus how much my percentages are. It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel complicated or overwhelming. Overall, Everstage helps teams have a clear understanding of their breakdowns because they'll always know where they stand and how their performance connects to their pay.
Cons:
Currently, the delay in getting my numbers up into our instance is delayed so I have to wait a bit longer than ideal to understand my payouts. (Has to do with our config that needs to be fixed)

Reasons for switching to Everstage

The sync was not working between Salesfroce and Spiff. Also the tool didn't have added enchancements that Everstage has.

I like it, but I wish the calculation function worked and that I didn't have to fix it every month. It supposed to save time, not put more work.

It's easy to pull information when needed. I am able to go back in the records and get any information needed.
Cons:
It has a lot of calculation malfunctions. Every month I have to manually fix my TSA's bonus because it was not calculated correctly.

Reliable commission tracker

Overall, I really prefer Everstage compared to other commission trackers. Being able to work backwards to understand exactly how each commission number is generated gives me a strong sense of trust in the platform, and the responsive help and support team makes the whole experience feel reliable and comfortable.

Everstage makes tracking commission straightforward by providing an intuitive breakdown of attainment and commission. The integration with Salesforce makes it easy to cross reference performance data, and the support team is consistently quick and helpful whenever a query comes up.
Cons:
The platform can feel overly complicated at times, and having a simplified quick reference view would make it easier to check commission on the go. The side bar navigation could also be clearer, as it sometimes takes longer than expected to find the sections you need.

it is very useful tool that reps like me uses at every stage of the deal. very user friendly. it actually helps sales people in motivating them to work on a deal seriously as you can see and calculate the exact commission money if you won that deal with one scenario and other.

Forecasting, is an amazing tool within everstage which helps reps like me to do what if scenario planning and see how much money one can earn from the pending deals.

if you have small team then this may feel expensive, i remember in previous company when we were reviewing it, was little costlier than other options.

The plateform is very easy to use and hardly requires training for those using it to access commission statements.
Cons:
The only thing I can say is its not updated in real time with SF. I do have to wait until the team updates everstage numbers which can take a day or two before it reflects a sale.

The dashboards and how easy it is to understand the numbers. I also like that I can submit a ticket to my internal support and get help. I also like to see the numbers from current quarter and what is lagging. Everstage enable me to see what I actually will earn, and helps me asking the right questions to my internal support. No more, "I think or I feel it should be a different number".
Cons:
It took a while for me to know my why around in the platform. It could be just me of course, but I would like a better end-user onboarding.
