Pros:

The plateform is very easy to use and hardly requires training for those using it to access commission statements.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is its not updated in real time with SF. I do have to wait until the team updates everstage numbers which can take a day or two before it reflects a sale.

VERY solid sales performance tracking tool!

Overall 8.5/10. Much better than our previous tool, which had a fair amount of bugs + delays. Everstage does have a ton of bells and whistles that are neat for tracking performance.

Pros:

I'm a big fan of Everstage because it makes commission tracking really easy to understand. It takes all of the guesswork of how much I'll be paid plus how much my percentages are. It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel complicated or overwhelming. Overall, Everstage helps teams have a clear understanding of their breakdowns because they'll always know where they stand and how their performance connects to their pay.

Cons:

Currently, the delay in getting my numbers up into our instance is delayed so I have to wait a bit longer than ideal to understand my payouts. (Has to do with our config that needs to be fixed)

Reasons for switching to Everstage

The sync was not working between Salesfroce and Spiff. Also the tool didn't have added enchancements that Everstage has.

Everstage has it's positives and negatives

I like it, but I wish the calculation function worked and that I didn't have to fix it every month. It supposed to save time, not put more work.

It's easy to pull information when needed. I am able to go back in the records and get any information needed.

Cons:

It has a lot of calculation malfunctions. Every month I have to manually fix my TSA's bonus because it was not calculated correctly.

Reliable commission tracker

Overall, I really prefer Everstage compared to other commission trackers. Being able to work backwards to understand exactly how each commission number is generated gives me a strong sense of trust in the platform, and the responsive help and support team makes the whole experience feel reliable and comfortable.

Everstage makes tracking commission straightforward by providing an intuitive breakdown of attainment and commission. The integration with Salesforce makes it easy to cross reference performance data, and the support team is consistently quick and helpful whenever a query comes up.

Cons:

The platform can feel overly complicated at times, and having a simplified quick reference view would make it easier to check commission on the go. The side bar navigation could also be clearer, as it sometimes takes longer than expected to find the sections you need.

Pros:

Everstage lets me see my variable compensation in real time. I no longer have to rely on spreadsheet calculators to understand my pacing or estimate my earnings.

Cons:

The rollout was slower and more cumbersome than expected, but now that we’re live, we are seeing that Everstage delivers real value with clear, real-time compensation visibility and no more spreadsheet guesswork.

Finding the desired information in the different tabs takes some getting used to at first, but this will improve with continued use.

Great Dashboards and clear information

In overall, Everstage is a great solution for me as a sales rep. I get a clear understanding of the deals that I have got commission for and not. It also helps me having better discussion internally.

Pros:

The dashboards and how easy it is to understand the numbers. I also like that I can submit a ticket to my internal support and get help. I also like to see the numbers from current quarter and what is lagging. Everstage enable me to see what I actually will earn, and helps me asking the right questions to my internal support. No more, "I think or I feel it should be a different number".

Cons:

It took a while for me to know my why around in the platform. It could be just me of course, but I would like a better end-user onboarding.

Pros:

It is easy to find and understand both the quota attainment and the associated commission amount that's related to the quota attainment.

Cons:

Some of the dashboard widgets or charts can be glitchy and don't always show correctly. We also don't do our sales by calendar month, but the selection in the drop down menu for what month to view is based on calendar month. The numbers show up correctly, but when I first log in I have to click an extra couple of times to find the information.

A must have tool for all sales teams

The UI is simple and modular however not as easy to comprehend. The integration with the internal tools such as invoicing and CRMs make the overall process rather seamless.

The UI is slightly confusing for a SaaS setup, with drill down only available to a certain extent. Dashboards are also minimal.

Everstage: The Tool all Sales people need
