    Found that it is very powerful and never fully used all of its functionality for my small operation but the integration with QBO was so helpful. That's the product. The team behind it really made it feel valuable as they continued to look for ways to automate things to help get info into our out of the system.

    Works great - backed by personable, knowledgable, reachable support. Of course, the QBO integration. Workflows are intuitive enough.
    Cons:
    Took a while to get terminology down (what they call 'credits' for example). The costs for each person being measured are reasonable considering the report and dashboard access that they have. It can add up though, if using the reduced aspect of no dashboard, but wanting to capture, say 20 different types of revenue. There is probably another way to slice that though.

    Adam, thank you so much for the positive review! Commissions are hard and we try to make them a bit less painful. We hear you about confusion regarding terminology ("credits"). While any terminology can be changed on rep dashboards, we don't have the ability to customize it for admins yet. We will strive to deliver this in an upcoming feature. PS: if you or your payees haven't used the AI yet (blue button in the bottom right), I highly recommend it. It knows everything about your transactions, plans, payouts, etc. Thank you again.

    Sales Cookie is very versatile and easy to use. They staff we work with are terrific; they are always insightful, helpful and responsive.
    Cons:
    There is actually nothing I do not like about Sales Cookie. Every time we have had an issue Sales Cookie has always fixed whatever the issue was to make it better.

    Aside from the fact that the solution works perfectly, we valued the most our interactions with the design and support teams. They are superb in resolving and bringing the right resources to address any issues we faced.

    What I liked the most is ease of use. It was critical for us being a small company and having a reduced staff dedicated to sales compensation.
    Cons:
    We did not find any issues with our sales plan implementations and commissions payouts. We do have some complexity in our sales compensation plans, but those situations were addressed without delay.

    We found the solution more in line with our needs and budget, as well as having the right level of complexity and sophistication we could manage with a small team.

    The Sales Cookie team has been incredible every step of the way. From making the onboarding process smooth and answering all questions that came up. They were able to build out functionality that accounts for even the most nuanced plan. The platform is affordable for a company of our size without losing out on any of the value. The team continues to go above and beyond answering any question or inquiry that comes up. They really are just the best.
    Cons:
    We've had a great experience with Sales Cookie so far - I don't have a negative review to leave in this regard.

    Price was in line with budget and they didn't have the extra bells and whistles that we weren't going to use.

    I found Sales Cookie through an online search, and from my very first call, I was impressed — it was answered by an expert who was able to address all of my questions right away. Since then, the cadence of our communication has been excellent. The team is consistently prompt, responsive, and very helpful. I especially appreciated the subject matter expertise and support they provided. Sales Cookie helped me get “unstuck” and rethink how we were approaching our commission process. Their insight and flexibility have made a real difference.
    Cons:
    I am very satisfied with Sales Cookie and have no cons to speak of at this point in our process. Great Experience

    For the price, I doubt you could find a more flexible and well supported system for commissions calculations. I received a recommendation from another old colleague of mine who had used Sales Cookie and after a brief evaluation I made the recommendation to my client to use the platform. They had a complex calculation which included the integration of data from two or three other systems via their API. Their onboarding team was great, got it implemented in short order (relative to how long others have taken) and the continued support from them were a pleasure to work with and reasonable from a cost perspective.
    Cons:
    As an accountant, I found the reporting more geared towards the Sales leadership and reps rather than the financial reporting side of things. For example, it wasn't until after we were using the platform for several months that they were able to build in a report that would easily calculate and present the commissions expense and liabilities. That said - they did eventually get it there and usable.
