Sales Cookie is a versatile and easy to use.

Our overall experience with Sales Cookie has been wonderful. From simple set up to more complex calculations the functionality and reporting are top notch and Sales Cookie is always looking for improvements to make the platform better.

Sales Cookie is very versatile and easy to use. They staff we work with are terrific; they are always insightful, helpful and responsive.

Cons:

There is actually nothing I do not like about Sales Cookie. Every time we have had an issue Sales Cookie has always fixed whatever the issue was to make it better.

The cost structure of the platform was the main reason.

Sales Cokie (Sales Compensation)

Aside from the fact that the solution works perfectly, we valued the most our interactions with the design and support teams. They are superb in resolving and bringing the right resources to address any issues we faced.

What I liked the most is ease of use. It was critical for us being a small company and having a reduced staff dedicated to sales compensation.

Cons:

We did not find any issues with our sales plan implementations and commissions payouts. We do have some complexity in our sales compensation plans, but those situations were addressed without delay.

We found the solution more in line with our needs and budget, as well as having the right level of complexity and sophistication we could manage with a small team.

Cons:

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the ability to further customize the interface. While the current design is clean and user-friendly, having more options for personalization would make the experience even better.

The Sales Cookie team has been incredible every step of the way. From making the onboarding process smooth and answering all questions that came up. They were able to build out functionality that accounts for even the most nuanced plan. The platform is affordable for a company of our size without losing out on any of the value. The team continues to go above and beyond answering any question or inquiry that comes up. They really are just the best.

Cons:

We've had a great experience with Sales Cookie so far - I don't have a negative review to leave in this regard.

Price was in line with budget and they didn't have the extra bells and whistles that we weren't going to use.

I found Sales Cookie through an online search, and from my very first call, I was impressed — it was answered by an expert who was able to address all of my questions right away. Since then, the cadence of our communication has been excellent. The team is consistently prompt, responsive, and very helpful. I especially appreciated the subject matter expertise and support they provided. Sales Cookie helped me get “unstuck” and rethink how we were approaching our commission process. Their insight and flexibility have made a real difference.

I am very satisfied with Sales Cookie and have no cons to speak of at this point in our process. Great Experience

Sales Cookie for the Win!

We have one of the most complex commission structures—performance-based bonuses, sliding scales based on variable profit margins—and the transition has been smooth. It's been a dream working with [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden]; they've handled everything I've asked promptly and efficiently.

Making changes was a nightmare. Our commission plan never fully worked and it was impossible to get anyone to help especially after they sold to Sales Force.

Good Value, Excellent Support

I now have 5 years using this products, and my experience with both the platform and the Sales Cookie team has been extremely positive. I have worked with a broad spectrum of systems, from excel commission statements to Varicent, and I find Sales Cookie has the ease of Excel and the accuracy of Varicent, without all the respective headaches.

Cost effective sales commission calculation and reporting platform with easy user interface for administrators and reps. Security was easy and intuitive, and Customer Support was unparalleled.

Cons:

Prebuilt sales analytics not always useful, but product easily plugs into other reporting tools. Potential con for some users might be it's not always straightforward to make plan changes yourself, but in my experience, the customer support team is so helpful and responsive, I can email them what I need and they make it happen for me.

An affordable and powerful solution for automating Sales Rep commissions.

We are very pleased with the way Sales Cookie has taken control of our commission report. Our sales reps have also been pleased.

Sales Cookie has solved one of the most challenging and time consuming problems in our business. What took several hours each month to calculate sales broker commissions now takes minutes.

Cons:

There is a relatively steep learning curve with onboarding and navigating through the dashboards. However customer service team is exceptional in setting up the calculations to suit your needs.
