Pros:

What I most LOVED about SocialGlow is [sensitive content hidden] This is not the easiest program to setup, but [sensitive content hidden] was and is a JEWEL! She has helped me for two days straight; so patient, caring and making sure all my questions were answered. She absolutely deserves a raise. She is the best!

Cons:

It's a little confusing in the instructions for setting up but [sensitive content hidden] made it easier for me.

It was recommended by Vizzlie as an option.

I switched from Vizzlie. That option wasn't given to select from.

Getting used to it and loving it so far

So far so good! I'm still learning it, but am confident that if I don't know how to do something, I'll get my questions answered quickly and efficiently! I'm just not sure that my customers and hosts for my direct sales party business will want to sign up/subscribe to/get off of facebook. That is worrying me, but I'll see how it goes!

Pros:

I love the ease of support! It's fast and easily accessible. The video tutorials make it easy to implement. I love that I could import my templates from Vizzlie. This was huge!

Cons:

I wish that I could create courses with my plan and I wish it were a little cheaper.

Vizzlie templates could be imported! I didn't want to reinvent the wheel!

No one was seeing my posts on Facebook.

i like that i can create courses and share them with different groups.

Cons:

i don' use content calendar, templates and post library because they are confusing.

Pros:

SocialGlow has been a night and day change from Facebook groups!! My clients are so happy with it. I no longer have to talk people into getting on Facebook. They find the app easy to use, and if there are any issues, the support team helps out so quickly. I am a very happy user!

Cons:

There were many features that I requested to be improved when I first joined, but they fixed ALL of them! The team is very responsive to any requests.

Reasons for choosing SocialGlow

Many of my clients did not want to be on Facebook, and it was an obstacle to booking. Now that obstacle is completely removed, and my clients love SocialGlow.
