- I love the ability to send out my custom ratings to each patient prior to the appointment, refer to them in the appointment, and have them built into the final note.
- The AMD team has made it clear they are not going to restore this feature in response to the heated negative feedback in the "Suggestions"/feedback box.

- However, system slowdown is a problem that i have faced a few times. When i try to load big files and charts the system starts lagging which is quite frustrating.
