- The thing that I appreciate the most about AMD is that if / when I cannot find an answer to an issue that I am facing through the extensive library of training and support videos and articles, the support desk is just a phone call away and are always quick to resolve my issues.
- We are a 300 employee billing company, pay a lot to ADVMD and can rarely ever get a person to help us with immediate issues.
- I have used a lot of different booking software for massage, this one is by far my favorite, from the simple layout and ease of booking different appointment types, to the analytics, it has everything you need.
- My only minor concern is taking cash pay, there is not a way to determine change and if I get more cash than the total, I have to calculate the remaining amount myself then input it awkwardly in the cash pay option.
