AdvancedMD EHR vs Practice Pro: Which is best for you?

I love the ability to send out my custom ratings to each patient prior to the appointment, refer to them in the appointment, and have them built into the final note.

The AMD team has made it clear they are not going to restore this feature in response to the heated negative feedback in the "Suggestions"/feedback box.

It is very customizable, makes documentation efficient (which is the name of the game to prevent burnout and ensure accuracy), tracks all the important things (visit number, auth, Medicare cap), scheduling is simple.

They took a very specific billing provider feature a few years ago and it makes it very difficult for us PTAs to document correctly because it doesn't display which DPT we're billing under.
