I love the ability to send out my custom ratings to each patient prior to the appointment, refer to them in the appointment, and have them built into the final note.

The AMD team has made it clear they are not going to restore this feature in response to the heated negative feedback in the "Suggestions"/feedback box.

Overall, EHR your way has allowed for integration of all parts of the clinical process (billing, scheduling, notes, patient portal) in a user friendly way and improving focus on the patient care.

Cons include the per-text charge for appointment reminders, some confusing or counter-intuitive interface aspects, and delays in implementing updates or customizations.
