Workplace from Meta vs Google Chat: Which is best for you?

We use this at my workplaee and its a fantastic way to communicate with other departments and get information from other colleagues via their profile which is not available anywhere else.,

It took some time to load Workplace compared to other apps.

It keeps my conversations, files, and collaborations all in one place, helping our team communicate efficiently and get work done smoothly.

It works as quick communication, but I find that it doesn't do its intended job because sometimes I do not even know if I have received a message, unless I get an email notification telling me that there is a message I need to respond to.
