HubSpot CRM vs Insightly: Which is best for you?

Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.

Also, it is not the best for Email Marketing Campaigns for some reason that is beyond my understanding. If you compare that functionality, in my experience, Outreach (again, for some reason beyond my understanding) can send massive amounts of emails, without compromising the company's email domain.

I love it. If not for Insightly I'd be using spreadsheets and going crazy trying to track my long list of clients that includes boiler system bids, direct commercial and industrial system sales, building and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and architects, and a good number of residential boiler prospects.

I found it to be out of my budget and not very helpful.
