Insightly vs Kylas Sales CRM: Which is best for you?

I love it. If not for Insightly I'd be using spreadsheets and going crazy trying to track my long list of clients that includes boiler system bids, direct commercial and industrial system sales, building and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and architects, and a good number of residential boiler prospects.

I found it to be out of my budget and not very helpful.

We can track each lead’s journey from first contact to close, convert leads into deals, and view everything in a structured sales pipeline — very helpful for clarity and organisation.

This is not a CRM, it is only a reporting tool, with a beautiful display for the status and stage of projects. But this tool cannot be called CRM, not designed for the people to work and maintain the records and plan on how to improve the customer.
