Insightly vs Zoho CRM: Which is best for you?

I love it. If not for Insightly I'd be using spreadsheets and going crazy trying to track my long list of clients that includes boiler system bids, direct commercial and industrial system sales, building and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and architects, and a good number of residential boiler prospects.

I found it to be out of my budget and not very helpful.

I prefer to have machine, contact, and deal history under one hood; this has facilitated my ability to respond to clients within a short time and also enable me to coordinate with sales.

It got lot of fragmented like alerts, real messages messed up or buried in unwanted zero value automated alerts.
