Insightly vs Claritysoft CRM: Which is best for you?

I love it. If not for Insightly I'd be using spreadsheets and going crazy trying to track my long list of clients that includes boiler system bids, direct commercial and industrial system sales, building and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and architects, and a good number of residential boiler prospects.

I found it to be out of my budget and not very helpful.

It brought much-needed organization to our client and prospect management, and we were able to implement a quoting process within the CRM that significantly reduced the time it takes us to generate and process quotes.

The export and import system can be sometimes hard to work with. Because of this we prefer to do manual updates instead of uploading entire spreadsheets.
