- My favorite features are the texting, voicemail transcription and the fact that the app doesn't log out randomly.
- Their approach to business appears to be: lure the customer in, demand a 3-year contract, hide the part about auto renewal, provide just average level service, hire less than competent support staff to handle customer complaints, and hope the customer doesn't become aware of the auto renewal gimmick before the end of the contract term.
- Their customer service is the worst int he industry, unhelpful, disrespectful, ridiculous.
- They responded by telling us they don’t offer any support or credits unless the issue is ongoing for 24 hours. If our phones go down we don’t make money, we don’t have time to call/email support 2-3 times per week. If you need reliable phone service then avoid talkroute at all costs.
