- The templates were cumbersome to set up but allowed a wide degree of customization which fit our needs as a headache clinic.
- EMDs has refused to reimburse our up-front costs and stop the recurring billing even though we have never used EMD to submit a single claim (because they did not implement / on-board us appropriately) and they continue recurring billing for an account that has never been used and contract was terminated.
