Also, while we knew we wanted something that was super-customizable, we couldn't invest the time or money for a system that required major customizations just to get the basic functionality working.

Overall, ChurchTrac is a great app for church leaders and administrators to track their churches impact in their neighborhoods, membership growth, and other church member milestones.

There's not really anything that I don't like about ChurchTrac. If I could tweak anything--and I've already suggested this to the developers a couple of times--it would be to allow automations to be set for quarterly and semi-annual actions, not just daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.
