Constant Contact vs ContactPigeon: Which is best for you?

The drag-and-drop editor and the library of prebuilt templates make it fairly quick to build and send campaigns without needing to be a design or coding expert.

The biggest drawback for me is that Constant Contact doesn’t allow you to save and reuse custom content blocks across different templates and newsletters.

We’ve benefited from its strong automation features, including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, best sellers, and welcome journeys, all of which have helped us improve engagement, revenue, and customer retention.

Unfortunately, GDPR restrictions may limit the efficiency of some analytics features and this takes a lot of coordination with the team.
